One offer at a time — the best one
Offers apply on their own in the cart — no codes to hunt for. Regular offers and coupons never stack: if your cart qualifies for more than one, we simply apply the single one that saves you the most.
Welcome & email offers are special
A welcome code (from your first-order email) or an email-only offer is the one exception — it stacks on top of your best item deal. It doesn't combine with the whole-cart 5%-over-₹1,000 discount, and it's for your first order.
Coupon codes
Some offers use a code (shown on the product or in our messages). Type it in the cart's discount box and the saving calculates instantly. If your cart already qualifies for a bigger discount, we apply that instead — so a code never leaves you worse off.
Every offer is capped
Percentage and free-item offers are capped so they stay fair for a small kitchen — e.g. Pouch Party up to ₹100, Bottle Half-Dozen up to ₹200, the welcome offer up to ₹200 — and total savings never exceed 20% of your cart. The exact saving always shows before you order.
Offer & coupon terms and conditions
- All offers are for personal, RETAIL orders on taazacratte.com and are applied automatically in the cart. The amount shown in your cart at the time of ordering is final for that order.
- Only ONE offer applies per cart (the single highest-value one). The sole exception is a welcome / email-exclusive code, which may stack on top of the best item offer but never on the whole-cart (₹1,000+) discount.
- Every offer is subject to the caps shown above, and total savings are capped at 20% of the cart. Multi-buy / "buy X get Y free" offers count only complete sets and are limited by a maximum free-value cap.
- Welcome codes are one-time-use, for a customer's FIRST order only, unique to the recipient, and valid for a limited period (typically 30 days from sign-up). They can't be reused, shared, or reissued, and have no cash value.
- Offers are for retail quantities. Large / bulk orders are handled as B2B on WhatsApp with separate pricing and do NOT qualify for retail promotional discounts.
- Delivery charges (where applicable) are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch and are not part of any discount. Offers apply to product value only.
- Offers can be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the offer as recorded on your confirmed order stands.
- Fresh-food orders can't be returned for taste or change of mind; damaged-in-transit items are covered per our Shipping & Returns policy.
