TaazaCratte sells Maharashtrian achaar, chutneys, ghee, masalas and mukhwas, direct to customers and in bulk, from Pune. Recipes and taste standards are ours; products are made with seasoned partner makers. Full ingredients and shelf life are printed on every product label — please read them.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown on each product. We may change prices, sizes or availability at any time.
• Orders are placed by sending your cart to us over WhatsApp; an order is confirmed only once our team responds and accepts it.
• Combo offers apply automatically in the cart under the rules shown — one offer per product group, never stacked.
• There is currently no online payment on the site; payment is arranged with our team.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent).

Delivery timelines and any charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Local delivery charges, if any, are borne by the customer. Please check your parcel on delivery.

Because we sell fresh food, we can't accept returns for taste or change of mind, but we make transit damage right. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

• Give accurate details (name, phone) so we can fulfil your order.
• Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to place fake orders.
• How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.

Use the site for genuine shopping. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders, or misuse the chat or contact tools.

The TaazaCratte name, logo, product photos, and site content are ours. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

We use Google (sign-in), WhatsApp (orders), and analytics tools. Your use of those is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we link to.

Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product's label — please read them before consuming, especially for allergies or dietary needs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
